As a motion designer, I bring ideas to life through movement, rhythm, and visual storytelling. I combine typography, graphics, video, and sound to create dynamic animations that capture attention and communicate clearly. From concept development and storyboarding to animation and final delivery, I craft polished visual experiences that elevate brands and engage audiences across digital platforms.

Overview

Motion design has always been a way for me to bridge storytelling and visual rhythm. My primary tool for motion work is Adobe After Effects, where I take projects from concept to final render. I work confidently with layered compositions, keyframe animation, and expressions, and I optimize final assets for web and social platforms. My goal is not simply to animate elements on a screen, but to create immersive experiences that guide attention, reinforce messaging, and add emotional depth to digital content.

In 2011, I developed content for Rec TV, a student-led YouTube video project, creating engaging segments that highlighted campus recreation programs, events, and student experiences.

In 2014, we revamped Rec TV, a student-led YouTube series, refreshing its format, content strategy, and overall production to better showcase campus recreation programs and student experiences.

I created motion graphics for a kids camp by translating a designer’s visual concept into engaging animated content, ensuring the final pieces stayed true to the original design while bringing it to life through motion.

I designed the logo for UCR Intramural Sports and created motion graphics for their YouTube video intros, establishing a consistent and energetic brand presence.

I developed a marketing campaign and created motion graphics designed to motivate students of all fitness levels to engage in recreation and wellness programs.

I translated a graphic designer’s concept into motion design for a signature grand opening, supporting a Guinness World Record event centered on popping bubble wrap.
