I have always admired classical photography, especially the discipline and restraint found in black and white work. There is something honest about stripping away color and allowing form, shadow, and contrast to carry the emotion. That influence shapes how I approach all of my work, even when I shoot in color. I pay close attention to light direction, negative space, and the balance between highlight and shadow. Whether I am photographing campus life, architecture, portraits or people in motion, my goal is to create images that feel grounded and intentional. I care deeply about composition, sharpness, and tonal balance.
